1100 - 1130 Session Two - 'Late beginner to early intermediate' Google Earth - Gareth Barrell [Collège Beau Soleil]

  • Page up/down: Zoom in and zoom out.
  • Setting a start-up view: View > Make this my start location
  • Press N - realigns so North is at the top of the screen
  • Press U - realigns to the view is over head
  • Press R - does both of the above
  • Press shift+ up or down = tilt
  • Press shift+ left and right arrows = circles the centre of the screen
  • Press ctrl+ left and right arrows = spins around this point on the map
  • Press shift+alt+left or right = slower movement
  • Ctrl+alt+B = toggle the side bar pans
  • Ctrl+L = added lines of lines of longitude and latitude
